Credit Hire Paralegal – Experienced Litigating Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced litigating paralegal to join our market‑leading Motor team in Liverpool. The role will focus on managing a caseload of credit hire claims, ensuring speedy and efficient processing to achieve satisfactory settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a credit hire caseload effectively and efficiently.
• Initially review liability and quantum for each claim.
• Liaise with claimant solicitors and other parties involved.
• Handle fast‑track, multi‑track, fraud, and indemnity issues.
• Represent the firm at inquests and criminal prosecutions where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a litigating paralegal.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding caseload.
• Strong understanding of motor vehicle accident claims and credit hire processes.
