Credit Officer – Securitisation (Financial Institutions)

About the role

We are looking for a Credit Officer to join our Securitisation team within the Financial Institutions Credit Risk division. You will work on a hybrid schedule, supporting the Securitised Products Group and managing a portfolio of counterparties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of securitised product counterparties and provide high‑quality credit analysis.
• Prepare new‑business and annual credit reviews and present them to sanctioning officials.
• Lead credit due‑diligence calls, shape deal structures and influence credit risk appetite.
• Conduct cash‑flow modelling, stress testing and scenario analysis for securitised assets.
• Stay informed on macro‑economic factors affecting asset performance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of securitised product structures such as ABS and RMBS.
• Knowledge of rating‑agency methodologies and their application.
• Experience in credit analysis for financial institutions or large corporates.
• Prior experience at a bank or rating agency is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
