About the role
L'Oréal is looking for a motivated Credit Specialist to join its Credit Management team. The role focuses on ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the financial health of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor a designated portfolio of customer invoices and chase overdue payments.
- Respond to internal queries about credit limits and account performance.
- Analyse account data to identify payment trends, risks and days sales outstanding.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management highlighting credit risks.
- Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans while preserving relationships.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, results‑oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively across commercial and finance teams.
