Crisis Management Coordinator

About the role

The Crisis Management Coordinator will work from our central London operations centre, providing 24/7 monitoring of global events and coordinating emergency responses for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor international news, security alerts, medical incidents and natural disasters that could affect clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts, handling emergency calls and requests.
• Tri­age incidents, escalating critical situations to internal teams or external partners.
• Coordinate evacuations, medical assistance, and risk‑mitigation solutions with third‑party providers.
• Maintain accurate case records and updates within internal systems.
• Support operational planning and assist managers during live crises or major incidents.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with senior clients.
• Experience in a 24/7 operations centre handling incidents, emergencies, travel risk or medical assistance.
• Strong attention to detail for precise reporting and case management.
• Proactive decision‑making and prioritisation abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Additional language (French, German, Spanish, Mandarin or Arabic) is desirable but not mandatory.
