CRM Administrator (HubSpot) – Maternity Cover

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented CRM Administrator to join Montel on a fixed‑term maternity cover. You will be responsible for keeping our HubSpot CRM data accurate, complete, and consistent, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day HubSpot administration following a structured handover.
• Enter, update, and keep contact, company, and deal records with high accuracy.
• Run regular data clean‑ups: merge duplicates, fix formatting, fill missing fields, and remove outdated records.
• Monitor data quality, identify gaps or recurring errors, and suggest practical improvements.
• Perform bulk imports and exports, preparing and validating data files before upload.
• Maintain field definitions, picklist values, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Support list, segment, and basic workflow setup that rely on clean data.
• Assist colleagues with HubSpot questions and onboard new users to good CRM practices.
• Produce simple reports on data quality and CRM usage for stakeholders.
• Document work and prepare a thorough handover before the permanent role holder returns.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience working with a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
• Ability to quickly learn established processes and work independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality data.
• Proactive mindset with strong initiative and prioritisation skills.
• Continuous‑improvement attitude, identifying recurring data issues and suggesting fixes.
