About the role
We are seeking a proactive CRM (Dynamics 365) Administrator to join a well‑established professional membership organisation on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be the primary point of contact for the Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring smooth operation, high data quality, and continuous improvement of processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and triage user requests through the CRM ticketing system.
- Resolve technical and non‑technical CRM issues, liaising with external suppliers as needed.
- Maintain data quality by performing cleansing, de‑duplication and enforcing governance rules.
- Administer user access, permissions and security roles.
- Deliver one‑to‑one and group training sessions and produce clear user guidance.
- Create reports and dashboards to support insight and decision‑making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce automation.
Required profile
- Confident working with users at all levels and taking ownership of a business‑critical system.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative, supportive approach.
- Good understanding of GDPR and data governance principles.
Required skills
- Administration of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Data management techniques including cleansing, de‑duplication and governance.
- Experience with ticketing or support environments.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance.
