CRM Executive (B2B)

About the role

Forward Role is partnering with an international fashion accessories and personalisation business that is investing heavily in digital growth. The CRM Executive will own day‑to‑day CRM, email and customer‑journey activities, working closely with the Digital Lead and agency partners to drive performance and insight.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver CRM, email campaigns and customer journeys through Zoho.
• Turn digital and customer data into clear insights and performance reports.
• Grow customer engagement and first‑party data via targeted lifecycle marketing.
• Collaborate with SEO and paid‑media agencies to support high‑performing campaigns.
• Continuously test, optimise and improve website journeys, campaign performance and conversion opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ experience in digital, CRM or customer marketing with hands‑on campaign execution.
• Strong CRM/marketing automation skills (Zoho, HubSpot or Mailchimp) and experience building segments and journeys.
• Confidence with email marketing performance data and using insights to improve results.
• Comfortable analysing data in Excel and turning analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Well‑rounded digital understanding (CRM, website, paid, SEO) with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
