CRM Marketing Executive

About the role

The CRM Marketing Executive will own email and push communication with Carwow users, turning data into personalised experiences that drive car‑changing. Working closely with the CRM Marketing Manager and commercial teams, you will manage campaigns from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and launch traffic email campaigns, ensuring briefs, assets and sign‑offs are completed on schedule.
• Maintain the email campaign calendar, create new briefs and update campaign statuses.
• Design email templates using Iterable’s drag‑and‑drop editor and set up dynamic content and A/B tests.
• Construct customer segments and manage exclusions within Iterable.
• Quality‑assure emails for spelling, grammar, URLs and targeting accuracy.
• Report on key performance metrics and support CRM programmes for Carwow Studios brands.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building email campaigns in a marketing platform.
• Fast learner comfortable with new tools and processes.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong written English.
• Basic data handling skills for segments, exclusions and reporting.

Required skills

• Iterable (or similar platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp).
• Drag‑and‑drop email template creation.
• A/B testing and personalisation techniques.
• Mobile Push campaign management.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
