CRM Strategy Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Strategy Consultant to lead high‑profile CRM initiatives for a customer‑centric organisation. This senior individual‑contributor position will shape the future of customer engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing across multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CRM strategy projects, including new product and brand launches.
• Assess current CRM capabilities, customer journeys and operating models to identify transformation opportunities.
• Develop medium‑ and long‑term CRM strategies covering communications, lifecycle programmes, automation and engagement.
• Create Board‑level strategy papers, recommendations and business cases.
• Define target‑state operating models, engagement frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders to align commercial priorities with customer needs.
• Produce detailed handover documentation and execution roadmaps for delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing enterprise‑level CRM strategies for Board or C‑suite audiences.
• Strong background in CRM transformation, customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to influence and manage senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
