Crushing & Screening Engineer – South West

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Crushing & Screening Engineer to join our field service team in the South West, supporting heavy mobile equipment at customer sites across the Bristol area.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair crushing and screening machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in hydraulic, mechanical, diesel and electrical systems.
• Attend customer locations throughout the region for planned maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Complete service reports and job paperwork accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Background in crushing & screening, quarry plant, recycling equipment, heavy or mobile plant engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with crushers, screeners, conveyors, excavators, loading shovels and material handlers.
• Familiarity with equipment from manufacturers such as Powerscreen, Finlay, Terex, Sandvik, Metso, Kleemann, McCloskey, Keestrack or Pegson.

Required skills

• Strong fault‑finding ability on hydraulic, mechanical, diesel and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in maintaining and repairing heavy mobile equipment.
• Knowledge of auto‑electrics and control systems.
