About the role
We are seeking a Crypto Quant Trader to join an AI‑focused hedge fund expanding its crypto operations. The role involves executing, monitoring and managing risk for short‑term and mid‑frequency systematic strategies on Binance, working closely with research and development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support systematic trading research on CeFi venues in collaboration with quantitative researchers, developers and portfolio managers.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure and tools for firm‑wide risk management and execution.
- Manage a trading book, handling execution, real‑time monitoring, risk management and hedging.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in market making or central risk‑book trading.
- Experience with digital assets is a plus but not mandatory.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) from a top university is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Python programming.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of £150,000‑£200,000 per year.
- Performance‑based bonus.
- Permanent contract based in central London.
