CSCS Labourer – Offloading & Positioning at New‑Build Sites

About the role

We are partnering with a leading site service company to recruit CSCS‑qualified labourers for permanent positions across new‑build sites in the South East. The role involves physically demanding work, off‑loading and positioning kitchen units, worktops, furniture and bedroom items, and requires a proactive, professional attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites and safely off‑load goods.
• Position items accurately within houses and flats according to site plans.
• Ensure all work is carried out professionally, safely and efficiently.
• Capture photographic evidence of completed installations.
• Communicate clearly with site teams and clients.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card (CITB certified).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Reliable, punctual, presentable with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home.
• Attendance at a paid 5‑day training course (£400) plus fuel allowance.

Required skills

What we offer

• Daily rate of £100‑£140 (Monday‑Friday, start times from 6 am).
• Paid training (£400) and mileage allowance (£0.25 per mile).
