CSCS Labourer – Offloading & Positioning Goods

About the role

We are partnering with a leading site service company to hire CSCS‑qualified labourers for permanent positions across new‑build sites in the Reading area. The role involves physically demanding work, off‑loading deliveries and accurately positioning kitchen units, worktops, furniture and bedroom items within houses and flats.

Key responsibilities

• Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites and safely off‑load goods.
• Position items in the correct rooms according to delivery instructions.
• Take photographic evidence of completed installations.
• Communicate professionally with site teams and clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card (CITB certified).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Reliable, punctual and presentable with strong customer‑service attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to two hours from home.
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.

What we offer

• Daily pay ranging from £100 to £140.
