CSCS Labourer – Site Delivery & Offloading (Basingstoke)

About the role

We are seeking CSCS‑qualified labourers to join a leading site service company in Basingstoke. The role involves permanent, hands‑on work off‑loading and positioning kitchen units, worktops, furniture and bedroom items on new‑build construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites and safely off‑load goods.
• Position items into the correct houses or flats according to instructions.
• Maintain professional, safe and efficient work practices.
• Capture photographic evidence of completed deliveries.
• Communicate clearly with site teams and clients.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card (CITB certified).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Reliable, punctual and presentable with strong customer‑service attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home.
• Attendance at a paid 5‑day training course (£400) and fuel allowance (£0.25 per mile).

What we offer

• Daily rate of £100 – £140 (Monday‑Friday, start times from 6 am).
• Paid training (£400) plus fuel allowance.
