CSCS Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a motivated CSCS Team Leader to join a leading site service company in Swindon. You will oversee daily deliveries, coordinate site teams and ensure that goods are placed accurately in residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites, unload and position goods into the correct houses or flats.
• Supervise site teams to guarantee professional, safe and efficient work.
• Complete all paperwork and submit photographic evidence of deliveries to Head Office promptly.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Collect co‑working labourer en‑route to the site as required.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card (CITB Certified).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Physically fit, able to lift heavy items and travel up to two hours from home.
• Reliable, punctual and presentable.

• CSCS certification.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle.

What we offer

• Daily rate of £130‑£150 (Monday‑Friday, start times from 6 am).
• Paid 5‑day training (£400) plus fuel allowance.
• Mileage reimbursement at 25p per mile (excluding first 30 miles).
