Customer Account Advisor – High Wycombe (Permanent)

About the role

Join a dynamic team in High Wycombe as a Customer Account Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries, processing orders and driving sales through up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions following company procedures.
• Process orders received via phone, email or web platforms.
• Make a minimum number of proactive outbound calls each day within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate daily with Territory Managers to meet monthly sales targets.
• Accurately manage enquiries, quotes, sales orders and invoices.
• Record all customer interactions, resolutions and sales orders in the internal CRM.
• Promote new products and support customers’ evolving needs.
• Adhere to all company policies and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account management or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets.
• Comfortable working Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:00.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high service standards.

Required skills

• Sage (or comparable CRM system)
• Microsoft Office 365
• General CRM usage
