Customer Account Advisor – Permanent – High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Account Advisor to join our High Wycombe team on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, processing orders and managing escalations across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Determine customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Process orders via phone, email or web and manage quotes, sales orders and invoices.
• Record all interactions and sales activities in the internal CRM system.
• Promote new products and support customers’ evolving needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Sage or a comparable CRM system.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/365.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:00.

What we offer

• Salary between £21,000 and £24,000 per annum plus benefits.
• Permanent full‑time contract.
