Customer Account Advisor – Permanent – High Wycombe – £23,000 + OTE

About the role

Join a dynamic team in High Wycombe as a Customer Account Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and supporting the sales pipeline across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions in line with company procedures.
• Process orders received via phone, email or web platforms.
• Make a minimum number of proactive outbound calls each day to your assigned territory.
• Collaborate daily with Territory Managers to meet monthly sales targets.
• Accurately record all interactions, quotes, orders and invoices in the internal CRM.
• Promote new products and upsell/cross‑sell where relevant.
• Adhere to company policies and deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account management or sales.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with Sage or a comparable CRM system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
