Customer Account Advisor – £23k + OTE – High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Account Advisor to join a thriving company in High Wycombe. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, processing orders and managing escalations across multiple channels while driving sales through up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions in line with company procedures.
• Process orders received via phone, email or web platforms.
• Make a set number of proactive outbound calls each day within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate daily with Territory Managers to meet monthly sales targets.
• Accurately handle enquiries, quotes, sales orders and invoices.
• Record all customer interactions, resolutions and sales activity in the internal CRM.
• Promote new products and support customers’ evolving requirements.
• Work as part of a team to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, account management or sales.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:00.

Required skills

• Experience with Sage or a comparable CRM system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to use internal CRM tools for logging interactions.
