Customer Account Manager – Financial Services

About the role

Evlo is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join its consumer‑finance team in Stanley, North West England. You will guide customers through the loan application process, from the first enquiry to the full lifecycle of the loan, ensuring a positive experience at every touch‑point.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers visiting the local branch, assess their loan requirements and affordability.
• Process loan agreements, verify documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide ongoing support to borrowers throughout the duration of their loan.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system.
• Meet individual and team targets while delivering high‑quality service.
