Customer Account Manager (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Customer Account Manager to join our Camberley team. After an initial office‑based training period, you will work hybrid, spending time both in the office and remotely. The role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships and introducing our solutions to new businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Reconnect with former customers and strengthen ongoing relationships.
• Identify and contact prospective businesses that could benefit from our products.
• Build rapport via telephone and email, handling enquiries and follow‑up activities.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Provide weekly updates on customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Support the team at trade exhibitions and events when required.

Required profile

• Enjoys speaking with people and building long‑term relationships.
• Highly organised and able to follow tasks through to completion.
• Experience in customer service, account management, business development or B2B support.
• Confident telephone communicator who can work independently yet thrive in a small team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
