Customer Advisor (8‑hour shifts)

About the role

Join JoJo as a Customer Advisor and become the friendly face of our stores. You will provide high‑quality, omni‑channel service to a diverse customer base while working flexible 8‑hour weekly shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in‑store and via phone with product selection, fitting, and special requests.
• Prepare and ship omni‑channel orders, including Ship‑from‑Store and Click‑and‑Collect.
• Liaise with customers to resolve queries related to online and in‑store purchases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and use digital learning platforms for continuous improvement.
• Keep the store tidy and presentable, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Strong IT aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Self‑motivated learner with a curiosity for product details.
• Excellent listening, empathy, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Attention to detail for store presentation.
