Customer Advisor – After‑Sales at Wimbledon Dealership

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our after‑sales team at the Wimbledon dealership. The role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience and promoting our range of automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage enquiries both in‑person and via phone.
• Coordinate service appointments, vehicle deliveries and test drives.
• Provide product information and advise on after‑sales services, parts and accessories.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system.

Required profile

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required.
