Customer Advisor / Sales Adviser – Permanent – £18k‑£22k + commission

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Advisors and Sales Advisers to join a growing team in Princes Risborough. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs and promoting suitable products while delivering a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions in line with company processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound telephone enquiries and renewals.
• Accurately record all interactions, resolutions and sales orders in the internal CRM system.
• Proactively promote products and support customers throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as retail, hospitality or an office environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
