About the role
Join a growing team in Princes Risborough as a Customer Advisor/Sales Adviser. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right solutions and supporting sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Process enquiries, renewals and sales orders accurately.
- Record all interactions in the internal CRM system.
- Promote products proactively to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, whether in retail, hospitality or an office environment.
Required skills
- CRM usage
