About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Advisors and Sales Advisers to join our growing team in Princes Risborough. In this permanent role you will help customers find the right solutions while promoting our product range and earning a competitive salary plus commission.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions following company procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally.
- Process enquiries, renewals and sales orders accurately.
- Record all interactions and outcomes in the internal CRM system.
- Proactively promote products to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, whether in retail, hospitality or an office environment.
