Customer and Sales Support Advisor

About the role

This full‑time position supports a leading luxury‑product business in Slough, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions. You will work Monday to Friday, with a regular late shift each week, to ensure smooth order processing and promote new products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from business and private customers.
• Process orders, manage accounts and resolve customer queries.
• Generate sales analysis reports and perform general admin duties.
• Make outbound calls to promote new items, re‑engage lapsed accounts and support promotional campaigns.
• Upsell and cross‑sell promotional and new products where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, upselling or cross‑selling.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to deliver 5‑star service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
