Customer Assistant - Market Street & Cafe, Inverness

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting a Customer Assistant for its Milburn Road store in Inverness, covering the Market Street and Cafe area. The role is permanent, 20 hours per week, split over 7 days with a day shift of 07:00 to 18:00 on each day. The store is described as fast-paced and structured, with clear routines and timed activities.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store to serve customers
• Support various parts of the store, helping wherever needed
• Keep the store running smoothly in a busy, structured environment

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful and reliable approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Passionate about putting customers first and resolving their queries
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons
