Customer Assistant - Online, Ayr

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting a Customer Assistant for its Castlehill Road store in Ayr. The role works across the store serving customers in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities. It is a permanent position of 12 hours per week with various shifts, and candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers across the store in a busy, structured environment
• Support various parts of the store, helping wherever needed
• Work in a fast-paced setting with clear routines and timed activities

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful and reliable approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Passionate about supporting customers and resolving their queries
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons
• A successful credit check is required for roles in Kiosks or Cash Offices
