Customer Assistant - Online, Bridgwater

About the role

The Broadway, Bridgwater store is looking for friendly, reliable people to join its team and serve customers across the store. The role is fixed term for 6 months, 12 hours per week on the day shift 04:00-08:15, with a closing date of 05 November 2026. Candidates must be over school-leaver age.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities.
• Support various parts of the store and help wherever needed.
• Serve customers and resolve their queries.

Required profile

• A helpful and friendly approach.
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on.
• Works well in a busy, structured environment.
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes.
• Passionate about putting customers first.
