Customer Assistant - Replenishment, Swansea

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting a Customer Assistant for its store on Brunel Way, Pentre-Chwyth, Swansea. The role works across the store serving customers in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities. It is a fixed-term position of 12 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with flexible closing times, lasting 3 months.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store to serve customers and make sure they get what they need when they need it.
• Support various parts of the store, as training covers several areas.
• Follow processes and use equipment safely.

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful and reliable approach.
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on.
• Comfortable working in a busy, structured environment.
• Passionate about putting customers first and happy to help resolve their queries.
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons.
