Accomplish Today is seeking a motivated Customer Care Advisor to join its customer experience team in Altrincham. You will be the trusted first point of contact, helping customers navigate enquiries, resolve issues and receive the high‑quality service they deserve.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive outcome.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a customer‑facing role.
