Customer Care Advisor

About the role

SafeContractor, part of alcumus, is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to support clients through their accreditation journey. You will be the first point of contact, delivering high‑quality service across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via live chat, telephone and email within agreed response times.
• Work autonomously while providing feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
• Inform customers about additional SafeContractor products and membership benefits.
• Share knowledge with teammates and actively contribute in team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong customer service experience with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle enquiries across phone, web‑chat and email, delivering excellent service.
• Proven track record of adding value for both customers and the organisation.
• Team‑player attitude, comfortable collaborating toward shared objectives.
