Customer Care & Support Consultant – Quantity Surveying Software (RIB Candy)

About the role

As a Customer Care Consultant you will help construction professionals maximise the value of RIB Candy, a leading cost‑estimation and quantity‑surveying platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, resolving technical and functional issues while improving customers' estimating and commercial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for RIB Candy and other RIB software via phone, email and support platforms.
• Diagnose, investigate and resolve software incidents, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Track cases through to resolution, maintaining proactive communication with customers.
• Collaborate with product, development and support teams to deliver efficient solutions.
• Document issues, resolutions and create knowledge‑base articles to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation or Construction Commercial Management (RIB Candy experience preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Customer‑centric attitude, excellent listening, empathy and patience.
• Ability to stay composed and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication (minimum C1 level).
