Customer Care Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Join a friendly, busy team in Bicester as a Customer Care Technical Support Specialist. You will deliver high‑quality product and service support to customers, working Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:00.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide advanced product and technical support.
• Handle escalated technical complaints, troubleshoot issues and achieve resolutions.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of products and systems, advising customers on the best solutions.
• Manage queries via phone, email, social media and the company website.
• Update and maintain the Salesforce CRM with accurate information.
• Process orders using a computer‑based telephone ERP system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a telephone‑based customer service role.
• Tech‑support background in mobile phones or apps is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑player who can work independently, meet deadlines and solve problems.
