Customer Consultant – Beauty Retail

About the role

Join The Body Shop’s dedicated team of consultants to advise customers and share the brand’s ethical beauty philosophy. You’ll learn about our natural, ethically‑sourced products and help shoppers find items that match their lifestyle and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and understand the full range of The Body Shop products, including their natural ingredients and Community Trade origins.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable vegetarian/vegan products from our 2,000‑item portfolio.
• Proactively engage with customers to deliver an inspirational shopping experience.
• Support store management in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in connecting with customers and driving engagement.
• Availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
