Customer Consultant – Fixed Term (8‑hour shifts)

About the role
As a Customer Consultant you will support the store management team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales on the shop floor. This fixed‑term position works eight‑hour shifts and is based in our Sutton store.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable Body Shop products.
- Maintain product knowledge, including origins, ingredients and Community Trade programmes.
- Uphold the brand’s values and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to achieving store sales and profit targets.
- Work flexible evenings, weekends and holiday shifts as required.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Effective communication and listening abilities.
- Genuine passion for beauty and retail.
- Availability for evening, weekend and holiday work.
