Customer Consultant – Retail Beauty Advisor

About the role
Join The Body Shop’s Bristol store as a Customer Consultant, delivering exceptional service and expert product advice to help customers feel good about themselves and the planet.
Key responsibilities
- Support store management in driving sales and profit through outstanding customer service on the shop floor.
- Provide expert guidance on The Body Shop’s cruelty‑free, ethically sourced beauty range.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including ingredients, origins and Community Trade programmes.
- Uphold company values, procedures and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock handling, replenishment and store tidiness as needed.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for beauty and retail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen to customers’ needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holiday shifts.
- Commitment to The Body Shop’s ethical and sustainability values.
