Customer Delivery Driver – Full‑time, Gloucester

About the role

As a Customer Delivery Driver you will be the face of the store, bringing groceries and other products straight to customers’ doors across Gloucester. You will load your van, deliver orders safely and on time, and keep the vehicle ready for the next run.

Key responsibilities

• Load and organise items in the delivery van for each route.
• Drive to customers’ homes and deliver orders with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Maintain a clean and road‑worthy van, following safety procedures.
• Assist the store team with picking and packing online orders during busy periods.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a helpful approach.
• Team player who supports colleagues.
• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) held for at least 12 months with no more than six penalty points.
• Good communication skills and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
