About the role

Join Tesco as a Customer Delivery Driver for the Oxford Superstore, delivering groceries to customers across the region. You’ll be the friendly face of Tesco on the road, providing reliable service and a smile in every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers’ homes within scheduled time windows.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues to the base team.
• Interact with customers professionally, answering basic queries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to traffic regulations.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence (Category B) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physically fit to load and unload groceries.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.

What we offer

• Hourly rate starting at £14.18, up to £15.45 for stores inside the M25.
• Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week (flexible down to 12 hours).
