Customer Delivery Van Driver

About the role

Join a friendly team delivering beds, mattresses and furniture to customers' homes in Accrington. You will be the face of the company, ensuring each delivery is handled with care and a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and assemble beds, mattresses and furniture at customer locations.
• Use a PDA to record deliveries and complete paperwork accurately.
• Maintain safe driving standards and keep the vehicle in good condition.
• Work as part of a two‑person delivery team, following routes and schedules.

Required profile

• UK Cat C1 driving licence with a valid CPC/DQ digital card.
• Previous experience driving a 7.5 t vehicle and using digital tachographs.
• Strong customer‑facing attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items safely.

Required skills

• Operation of a digital tachograph.
• Use of a PDA for delivery documentation.
