Customer Demand Marketing Executive – Regional

About the role

The Regional Customer Demand Marketing Executive will drive cross‑sell and upsell pipeline across the full product portfolio within a defined region. This commercially focused role uses customer insight and data to design and execute campaigns that generate measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities through whitespace analysis, customer segmentation and CRM data accuracy.
• Plan integrated funnel campaigns, nurture programmes, product launches and feature releases.
• Execute day‑to‑day campaign delivery, coordinating with Content, Digital and Creative teams.
• Support Sales, SDRs and Customer Experience with target lists, enablement materials and feedback loops.
• Measure engagement, leads, pipeline contribution, conversion and ROI, and optimise through testing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing role.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Good understanding of customer journeys and marketing funnels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with sales and commercial teams.
• Willingness to develop commercial demand‑generation expertise.
