Customer Enablement Manager – London

About the role

Figma is looking for a Customer Enablement Manager to work from its London hub, helping large strategic customers unlock the full value of the Figma platform. In this role you will design and deliver tailored enablement strategies, drive product adoption and act as a trusted advisor across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the adoption journey for a portfolio of large, strategic customers.
• Develop and document bespoke enablement plans based on customer goals and product data.
• Deliver live and scalable training sessions customized to customer maturity.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers and Industry Advocates to ensure success.
• Identify expansion opportunities, mitigate renewal risk and share best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Enablement or related SaaS roles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customer personas.
• Consultative, customer‑first approach with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience using Figma or other design and collaboration tools.
• Background in UX/UI, Design Ops or Frontend Development.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish or German.
