• Develop and implement strategic engagement initiatives to boost customer retention and satisfaction.
• Organize key customer touchpoints, including product demonstrations and onboarding sessions, to drive feature adoption.
• Collaborate closely with internal business units to identify and optimize customer journey opportunities and processes.
