Customer Experience Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our busy team in Bridge, South West England. In this full‑time position you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional service throughout the building surveying process.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients, handling enquiries by phone and email.
• Review building surveyors’ reports and communicate findings to customers.
• Manage complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collect and publish client reviews to strengthen our reputation.
• Collaborate with senior surveyors, technical directors and team leaders to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or client‑facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for high‑quality service.
• Knowledge of the building surveying sector is desirable.
