Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Accrington)

About the role

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join its Accrington branch. Working 21 hours per week on a rotating schedule, you will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, helping customers with transactions, technology assistance, and fraud protection.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
• Process day‑to‑day transactions, answer queries, and provide service support.
• Handle inbound calls to the contact centre and resolve issues promptly.
• Build relationships with customers and identify tailored solutions.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
