Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Burton On Trent)

About the role

Join Santander’s Burton On Trent branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, working 28 hours per week on a rotating schedule. You will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, helping customers with everyday transactions, technology assistance, and fraud protection.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or over the phone.
• Process day‑to‑day transactions, answer queries and provide service support.
• Handle inbound customer calls for the contact centre.
• Build relationships, identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services to better assist customers.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
