Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Eastleigh)

About the role
Join Santander’s Eastleigh branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, delivering friendly, efficient service to our retail banking customers. Working 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule, you will be the first point of contact for customers both in‑branch and over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch and via telephone.
- Process day‑to‑day cash transactions, account queries and service requests.
- Answer inbound calls to the contact centre, providing accurate information and support.
- Build relationships with customers and identify suitable banking solutions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Santander’s products and services.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Flexible and able to work a rotating schedule, Monday‑Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm.
- Strong communication and listening abilities.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Comfortable operating in a busy, multi‑skilled branch environment.
