Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (High Wycombe)

About the role

Join Santander’s High Wycombe branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to customers both in‑branch and over the phone. You will act as the first point of contact, helping with transactions, queries and protecting customers from fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or via telephone.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing needs.
• Answer customer calls routed to the contact centre.
• Build relationships and find tailored solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander’s services and products to better support clients.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face‑to‑face or telephony environments.
• Strong communication skills to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
