Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking

About the role

Join Santander’s Lisburn branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, working 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday. You will be the first point of contact for customers, both in‑branch and over the phone, helping them with everyday banking needs and ensuring a safe, friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with cash transactions, account queries and product information.
• Answer inbound calls in the contact centre, providing accurate and courteous service.
• Identify and resolve fraud or scam concerns, protecting customers and the bank.
• Build relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions and cross‑selling where appropriate.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Santander’s services and products.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
